Terms and Conditions: $15,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to receive a sales presentation. Need not be present to win. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner’s name will be drawn on October 31st. All entries received after October 31st will automatically be entered into the following year’s contest. Winner will be notified by telephone within 15 days of drawing date. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 3 days of sweepstakes notification or a new winner may be chosen. Acceptance of a prize will require a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. Winning product must be installed at the address shown on the opposite side of this form. A maximum retail value of $15,000.00 for any Reece Windows & Doors product will be awarded as prize. If winner purchases products from Reece Windows & Doors, Inc prior to drawing date, and wins this contest, winner will receive a refund for the cost of their installed product(s) up to $15,000. There is no cash value for this prize.
